Samira Hiscock practices criminal law throughout British Columbia and has experience defending various Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and Motor Vehicle Act offences. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court within the province.
Samira completed her articles with the firm after receiving her J.D. from the University of Victoria. Prior to law school, Samira obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, graduating with the highest distinction in Philosophy.
Throughout her studies, Samira was recognized with numerous awards for academic excellence and her commitment to community service. While at law school, Samira completed a term at The Law Centre, assisting low-income individuals with various legal matters. She also volunteered for Access Pro Bono and the Law Student’s Legal Advice Program.
Samira grew up on Vancouver Island and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
